The Ultraseal LITE is a compact, electrically driven, semi-automatic thermal sealer. It heat-seals film or foil onto microplates and assay plates. It seals PCR plates, filter-bottomed plates, assay plates, and deep well plates. It supports standard SLAS microplates, deep well microplates, and PCR plates. It has 450 watts of heating power. A stepper motor controls the sealing cycle. The operator programs the seal time and the seal temperature. The seal cycle takes less than 3 seconds for most polypropylene plates. The sealer ejects the plate automatically after sealing. The compact drawer design fits limited bench space and complies with health and safety standards. The drawer stores the stacking adaptors.
