384 Well Polypropylene Plates

Arctic White 384-well polypropylene plates are engineered for high-throughput screening, dose-response assays, and miniaturized compound library management where well density and reagent economy are critical. Moving from 96 to 384-well format reduces reagent consumption by up to 75%, making these plates essential for organizations scaling throughput without scaling cost.

 

Our 384-well PP plate lineup includes volumes from 55 µL/well (low volume) to 400 µL/well (deep well formats), with square-well and round-well configurations in flat-bottom, V-bottom, and conical designs. Low-volume variants with working volumes as small as 35 µL/well are ideal for nanomolar-concentration compound screening where precious samples and expensive assay reagents must be conserved.

 

All 384-well plates comply with ANSI/SBS dimensional standards, ensuring compatibility with multichannel pipettes, 384-channel pipetting heads, and plate handling robotics. The plates are produced in clear polypropylene for visual inspection, with black or white polystyrene options available for fluorescence and luminescence detection-based assays in the 384-well format.
