The Microlute Vacuum Manifold is for manual sample preparation and separation. It pulls liquid through a 96-well filter or SPE plate. It holds the filter plate over a collection plate and applies vacuum. It accepts filter plates and collection plates that meet SLAS/ANSI specifications. It accepts collection plates up to 45 mm in height. The manifold stands 45 mm tall. The top plate is transparent acrylic for process monitoring. The plenum chamber is acetal polymer. An integral valve controller with an On/Off switch controls the vacuum. A fitted O-ring gives an airtight seal. The top plate is removable for installation and waste management.
