It has round wells with U-shaped round bottoms and molded-in alphanumeric well labels. It meets ANSI/SBS 6-2012 for automated liquid handling and robotic platforms. The working volume is 2.0 mL per well. The maximum volume is 2.1 mL per well. The volume with a mat lid is 1.9 mL per well. The well top diameter is 8.53 mm and the well bottom diameter is 7.20 mm. The well depth is 42.60 mm. The footprint is 127.78 mm by 85.47 mm and the overall height is 45.30 mm. The plate is autoclavable at 121 °C, 15 psi, for 15 min. The maximum centrifugation rating is 4,000 RCF. The temperature rating is -80 °C to 120 °C.
