High Volume Polypropylene Storage Plates

Arctic White high volume polypropylene storage plates provide bulk sample containment in a microplate footprint — bridging the gap between standard deep well plates and individual tubes for applications requiring per-well volumes of 4.8 mL to 10 mL. These plates are designed for bulk reagent preparation, large-volume intermediate storage, sample pooling, and applications where microplate-format handling is required but standard 1–2 mL deep well capacity is insufficient.

The range includes 24-well configurations with 10 mL/well in both pyramid-bottom (for maximum recovery) and round-bottom designs, and 48-well configurations with rectangular and square well geometries at 4.8 mL, 5.0 mL, and 7.5 mL per well. Pyramid-bottom designs minimize dead volume during aspiration and are compatible with standard pipette tips and liquid handler probes. All plates conform to SBS/ANSI footprint standards for compatibility with robotic plate handlers, centrifuges, and plate storage systems.

Manufactured from certified polypropylene, these plates resist DMSO, organic solvents, and aqueous buffers across a temperature range of -80°C to +121°C, making them suitable for cryogenic sample storage and autoclave sterilization.
